Sniper Poison: Keep Out Of Reach of Children. Does this have to Include the Adults too? Why?

It is now a common thing among Nigerian young ladies to threatening their boyfriend/spouse to kill themselves by drinking the popular poison mostly used in fumigating the environment anytime they have dispute in most cases it usually because of their partner trying to cheat on them or a cheating partner, and in rare cases is because they feel depressed a good example here
the question is that is it a good idea to store such poison at home?? it used to be keep out of reach of children do they have to keep out of reach of adult because of the rise abuse??
