Akara is a very popular food, which is also known as black-eyed pea fritters, it is made from beans, Akara is said to be originated from the yorubas, but it is consumed mostly in African countries and even beyond. It is mostly taken as breakfast in several homes in Nigeria it can be eaten with either "PAP" or Bread or custard, it can even be eaten as a snack. It is deep fried and can be consumed at anytime of the day.


NIGERIAN AKARA RECIPE AND INGRIDIENTS

– one cup of brown or black-eyed Beans (use beans flour as associate degree alternative)
