EGUSI SOUP AND HOW IT HAS HELPED YOUR SKIN




Egusi is derived from melon seeds which is grown in majorly for food in west African 
egusi as a food is very popular there's hardly a home in Nigeria that do not consume this special type of soup regardless of their tribal believe and traditions, egusi is a cheap and special soup which matches with almost all the swallow categories (garri, fufu, semovita, wheat flour, etc)


Egusi soup is considered one of the cheapest soup because of it price and availability
it is very easy to make 


There are various ways which egusi can be prepared, for the yorubas ijebu's to be more specific they preferred it raw but uses this same egusi to make akara elegusi otherwise know as robo and sometimes add little vegetable to it to make it more nutritious 
The high formula of vitamins in egusi is beneficial to the body vitamins which include vitamin A, B1, B2 and alpha-tocopherol a component of vitamin E which helps to maintains the skin pigmentation and texture thereby making your skin look fresh and young also with up to 30-40% of fat and oil
